Job Description

What will you do?

As a Junior Valuer, you’ll work alongside experienced Registered Valuers from our Specialist Markets team to deliver valuations for a wide variety of healthcare properties, including hospitals, forensic psychiatric institutions, medical centres, and private care homes. You’ll collaborate on projects for a diverse range of clients such as international investors, financiers, owner-occupiers, and government agencies, using our cutting-edge valuation models and in-depth market insights.

Beyond valuations, you’ll nurture client relationships and contribute to securing new instructions. Throughout your journey, our seasoned colleagues will guide you, helping you grow into a true specialist in healthcare real estate. It’s a unique opportunity to build your network and expertise in the property world.

What are we looking for?

You are analytical, client-focused, and have a commercial mindset. Additionally, you bring:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in real estate or economics).A keen interest in healthcare real estate.The motivation to pursue the Registered Valuer (RT) qualification.A valid driver’s licence (Category B).Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
