Job Title: JV Finance Manager (Location: Jiang Xi, Jingdezhen Le Ping) Summary:Report to China finance controller and JV CFO to oversee all financial matters in connection with the plant’s operations, which will include controllership, treasury, tax, costing, financial planning, analysis and reporting. Responsibilities Include: + As part of global controllership team, build strong partnerships across the company with all service providers for delivery service excellence; + Be responsible to oversee all financial matters in connection with the plant’s operations, which will include controllership, treasury, tax, costing, financial planning, analysis and reporting; + Comply with accounting in accordance with US GAAP and China GAAP; + Oversee regulatory tax compliance and filling; + Effective cash flow and treasury management of the plant; + Be responsible to implement ERP system and build up operation process; + Timely reporting and communication of management and financial results; + As direct manager to plant finance team, responsible for team and talent development; + Support JV board meeting; Qualifications: The following are required for the role + Bachelor degree or above with finance related major; + Good command in both English and Mandarin; + 10+ years of working experience; + 3+ years solid team management experience is a plus + Flexible and high-agility to work in complicated environment; + Strong strategical-thinking skill, decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues. + Familiar with SAP/ UFSOFT ERP systems is a plus; + Good understanding in both of US and China GAAP; + Easy to co-work with other function to drive change; + Experience with working experience in plant/costing is a plus; + Experience with FP&A experience is a plus; + CPA or other member of a professional accounting organization is a plus; + Experience in audit, internal control, Customs, VAT and taxation; + Attention to details with positive attitudes, good team player; + Self-motivated, and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
