K-12 School-Based Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW/LMFT - (Bilingual Preferred)

Are you a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking to help students succeed and seeking to build a strong connection within the school community? Cross Country Education is seeking 5 Licensed Clinical Social Workers or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists in Moreno Valley, CA for the '25-'26 school year!

Position Overview: 

Deliver essential mental health support to K-12 students through individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and focused check-ins. Implement proactive early intervention strategies and universal supports to create positive school climates, promoting resilience and pro-social behaviors among students. Lead the integration of sustainable, culturally competent, and developmentally appropriate mental health and suicide prevention / post-vention programs across the school site. Partner with educators and administrators to streamline the student referral process, identify students in emotional distress or in need of services, and refer students to appropriate school-based and community-based mental health services and crisis supports.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License (Required) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) candidates will also be considered Highly Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish) LMFT or LCSW to meet the diverse needs of the community.
