Position Title: KA Project Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join Strategy Development and Project Management group within our Integrated Solutions Team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Key Account (KA) strategies and manage KA projects, ensuring alignment with our business priorities. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong results-driven mindset. You will ensure efficient daily operations, oversee the execution of KA projects within budget, and maintain the highest quality standards. As a quick learner and strategic thinker, you are self-motivated and capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute KA strategies and annual business plans within the Integrated Solutions framework, managing projects expenditures to maximize ROI.Lead and support performance reviews for KA initiatives.Monitor hospital listing targets, and ensure accountability for specific KPIs related to KA projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with BU central and regional marketing teams to facilitate effective cross-functional communication and collaboration.Prepare and manage comprehensive hospital listing material packages, ensuring content accuracy and timely updates for use.Provide operational support for KA projects, ensuring efficient daily operations and overseeing the execution of promotional projects within budget and to high-quality standards.Identify and drive process improvement opportunities within KA projects to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.Engage proactively with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and resources are utilized effectively.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, focusing on project management or strategy development.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.Excellent communication and influencing abilities.Proactive problem-solving skills with a self-driven attitude.Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.Proficiency in standard office software applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.职位名称: KA项目经理
