We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

Design, deploy, and manage Kafka clusters to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.Implement and maintain Kafka HA setups, including multi-data center replication and failover strategies.Monitor and optimize Kafka performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput.Develop and maintain Kafka streaming applications and pipelines.Troubleshoot and resolve Kafka-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.Implement security best practices for Kafka, including encryption, authentication, and authorization.Collaborate with development teams to integrate Kafka with various applications and services.Create and maintain documentation for Kafka infrastructure, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and operational procedures.Stay up-to-date with the latest Kafka features, updates, and industry trends.

Proven experience in setting up and managing Kafka clusters in production environments.Strong understanding of Kafka architecture, including brokers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups.Experience with Kafka HA setups, including multi-data center replication and failover strategies.Proficiency in Kafka streaming and building real-time data pipelines.Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools for Kafka, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
