Responsibilities - Develop customer-specific annual operation plan, tactics and programs · Comprehensively understand needs of assigned e-customers by category, geography, shopper segment, mobile vs. PC etc. · Translate B2C sales strategy into actionable operation plan and execute the plan flawlessly · Adapt/co-create with brand + customer, and sell in quarterly activation campaigns · Monitor for flawless execution · Ensure excellent customer service through supply chain partnership - Maximize customer and PEP revenue and profit · Targeted, insight-based selling and activation · Effective annual contract negotiation and D&A/A&Mspend management · Effective AR/ARD management - Maintain strong customer relationship through on-going customer wiring, and performance tracking - Control annual trade spend and drive year-on-year productivities Qualifications - College degree or above - CET 4 or above - Good at Word, Excel, Power Point - At least 2 years work as Key Account management inFMCG - Familiar with MT or E- C key players in the market - Strong selling and negotiation skill - Good communication skills
