Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team in Mexico City or Guadalajara, Mexico. As our KAM Mexico, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key accounts across the country, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share for assigned key accountsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with decision-makers at all levelsIdentify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively seek new sales prospectsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needsDevelop a deep understanding of key account needs and requirements to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionMonitor and report on account performance, market trends, and competitive activitiesPrepare and present quarterly business reviews to key stakeholdersTravel within Mexico as required to meet with clients and attend industry events

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in key account management or similar role in the Mexican marketProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicatorsExperience on IT Distribution market and eCommerceExperience on IT Distribution market and eCommerceWillingness to travel within Mexico as neededWillingness to travel within Mexico as neededMust be proficient in English 

SKILLS:

Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and EnglishProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteIn-depth understanding of Mexican business culture, practices, and market dynamicsDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-makingAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
