KBI - Refrigeration Technician

Pentair has a job opportunity for you!

Join us as a Refrigeration Technician reporting into our Plainfield, IL branch.
You will provide an accurate diagnosis for reactive service calls and make repairs as indicated by work order, meeting contractual deadlines. Ensuring equipment is operating properly before leaving customer premises and completing all invoices with accurate list of all parts used and enter appropriate job-related comments.

More details about the opportunity:

You will be responsible for following EPA guidelines for storage of refrigerant supplies and EPA guidelines for charging/evacuation of refrigeration system.Build relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.Make equipment recommendations to customer and follow up with Sales DepartmentHigh school diploma or equivalentHVAC certification/EPA 608 certification required.Ability to use basic hand tools, familiarity with power tools.Ability to travel and work overnights when necessary.

Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 75lbs.
