Summary:

Responsible for assisting with the day to day operation and direct supervision of assigned activities within the Keno department. Oversee overall department and/or shift(s) as assigned. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or employee challenges.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Responsible for training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assigned Supervise Keno operations and employees, ensuring compliance of all gaming regulations and internal policies and procedures Review payouts, settle disputes, and report any unusual issues or incidents to the Director Responsible for administrative duties including verifying and balancing the main bank Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations Perform other duties as assigned
