JOB RESPONSIBILITIE Develop and implement standards for code review, quality, storage, access and efficiency ● Provide initiative specific code solution options with supporting recommendations ● Ensure alignment of code designs with architecture roadmap ● Work in collaboration with solution architects, delivery managers, system analysts, and development teams on ideal solutions ● Build application packages, databases, front-ends and middleware to optimize implementations ● Support product, development and delivery teams on functional & technical code specifications ● Assist with technical design, build POCs and prototypes and guide solutions thru SDLC ● Full stack (front, middle, middle, back) experience and expertise ● Provide subject matter expertise around technical applications and code base ● Provide solution specific expertise to support resolution of production support incidents, as required ● Travel up to 25% for in-region for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate vision and opinions with diverse teams and communicate complex technical concepts in an approachable way ● 5+ years of experience in all aspects of .Net full stack engineering [Sr Developer [lead] position across front, middle and back office capabilities ● Excellent knowledge of API construction, web services, C#.net ,HTML, XML, OOA and OOD Concepts ● Experience working with a variety of technology systems, code builds, and developing business applications ● 3+ years of experience with the cloud computing and both SaaS and PaaS applications ● 5+ years of experience writing software in one or more languages ● Excellent skills in modern languages across stack mainly Angular ● Experience with SQL ● Azure or AWS experience ● Sound Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks ● Experience with Agile, Nexus/SAFe, XP, Iterative and waterfall methodologies Expertise working closely with product and delivery organizations and related technical fields Knowledge of DevOps, Good to have exposure to API microservices, Experienced in cloud native architectures and working with an infrastructure as code model ● Experience managing technical priorities within the Backlog ● Active coach and mentor approach towards team collaboration, improvement and growth ● High energy and passionate individual who inspires teammates to reach their maximum potential ● Excited about trying new solutions outside standards ● Experience in the insurance technology market, financial services, related business systems HOW WE SUPPORT OUR COLLEAGUES In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we are proud to be an equal opportunity workforce.
