Engineering is central to our operations, ensuring we consistently deliver top-quality products to our customers. Our engineering team is at the forefront of advancing our technological capabilities, striving to establish world-class manufacturing facilities globally.
Our program is designed to develop future Kerry Dairy Ireland leaders with a comprehensive understanding of the business.
This program offers an excellent opportunity to gain best practice experience in all aspects of engineering, including people management, reliability engineering, process engineering, project management, and continuous improvement.
The role provides experience across various Kerry engineering technologies.
You will be assigned a mentor to support and guide you throughout the program, and you will have invaluable time to learn from our cross-functional subject matter experts.

What you might be doing
You will have an excellent opportunity to learn from our engineering experts and gain cross-functional experience, enhancing your comprehensive understanding of the business. You will become familiar with Kerry’s business drivers, key performance indicators (KPIs), process capabilities, products, and customers.
Support the Engineering Strategy: Implement the strategy in your daily role. Project Involvement: Engage in capital investment projects and process improvement initiatives. Contribute to Business Initiatives: Address site-wide challenges and other impactful initiatives. Asset Lifecycle Management: Focus on maintaining and ensuring the availability of critical assets. Sustainability Role: Understand engineering’s contribution to our sustainability goals. Expand Technological Knowledge: Gain experience across various process technologies. Advanced Technology Implementation: Assist in deploying advanced technology, digitalization, and robotization solutions to enhance plant efficiency and effectiveness. Continuous Learning and Enjoyment: Keep learning, have fun, and build lasting friendships within Kerry!
