You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

You will:

Direct collaborate with customers (Discounters)Support Key Account Manager in daily basis activitiesProvide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you supportPerform duties as needed related to budgetAnswer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriatelyManage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policyComplete and update reports and maintain systems and data

 

Requirements:

Fluency in Polish and good command of EnglishAdministration and support rolesHighly developed customer service orientationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsVery good knowledge of: Excel, Word, PowerPoint)SAP knowledgeGood organizational and analytical skillsAbility to work in dynamic and diverse environmentAttention to detail combined with proactive attitude, very good communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent teamwork and able to anticipate needs and respond accordinglyDriving licence (cat. B)
