Responsibilities:
Serve as main line of support for sales representatives with a focus on any assigned key accountsCreate and maintain sale, lease and rental agreementsSchedule trucking and or shipping of equipment to customer sitesFinalize invoices, estimates, and credits for transactionsUpdate equipment status, work order status, and yard statusFile warranty registrations and maintains warranty data in Dealer Business Systems Software (DBS)Work with customers directly on rental needs, machine swaps, etc.Handle any additional special projects as assignedAbility to manage a large number of transactions and high functioning salespeopleKeep up to date and accurate recordsGather information to aid in warranty claimsShow leadership potential and ability to guide employees in an effective mannerAbility to troubleshoot highly complex or high stress situationsServe as intermediary between sales staff, coordinators, and other departments to handle customer issuesWork in a cooperative manner with teamQualifications:
4 year College Degree or 4 years of equivalent experience requiredHighly skilled in current sales and rental coordination dutiesAbility to multi-task on technical issuesOutstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-taskHigh level of customer service experience and/or ability to deal directly with key customersProficient with Microsoft Office SuitePersonal Attributes: Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Teaching/Coaching Orientation, Attention to Detail, Ability to Multi-Task, Teamwork, Assertiveness, ProfessionalismMinimum Physical Requirements:
