Key Account Coordinator (Full Time) - Brampton, ON

Primary Purpose

The primary focus of the Key Account Coordinator is to support our largest customers and assist the General Sales Manager and the Bevcarb Sales Team. This position is a very sales and customer service focused position, which requires working with large Key accounts in the Bevcarb business. This position will also support to identify areas of improvement in business processes and assist working cross functionally with other back-office teams to implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and ultimately customer service.

Key Accountabilities

Thoroughly and accurately on-board new customers according to established timelines or schedules; including managing construction list, setting up new accounts according to schedule, work with customer / Scheduling department to resolve service issues and scheduling changes.Administer ownership changes with support of TMs and assist in submission to New Accounts with communication to Operations and AR teamsWork with customer portals, uploading quotations, reviewing documents, sharing drawings, entering invoices and pricing and AgreementsProactively identify and resolve any issues that could compromise customer loyalty – involving data set up, invoicing and equipment service.Provide customers with both scheduled and adhoc report request for key service metrics.Submit both new business and renewal contract packages according to guidelines. Assist the General Sales Manager in planning an implementing annual price reviews for key accounts and in identifying opportunities for increased profitability.Under the supervision and direction of the General Sales Manager, respond accurately and timely to the customers and related departments within the Linde Canada organization for assigned accounts.Act as the escalation point for any customer issues and facilitate appropriate response in a timely manner including submitting any account adjustments / changes.Keep all work orders / cases working within established guidelines.Ensure any shared documents including customer contracts and pricing documents are accurate and current.Work cross functionally with AR team to identify critical errors in billing to reduce the number of disputes and creditsParticipate in both Sales Team and customer conference calls to ensure individual priorities are aligned with priorities for the businessAssist in trade show registration and planning as required in relation to key accounts
