Strategy & Vision
Grounded in the overall sales strategy, lead the development and delivery of short- and medium-term strategies for Lulu UAE.Execution
Ensures monthly achievement of Lulu sales target.Ensure outstanding level of physical availability and range assortment of Mars product in Lulu.Excellent execution of all Category, Brand and Customer Marketing activities in Lulu.Communication/WOW
Plays a key role in ensuring effective ways of working with Customer Experience, Field Force, Demand functions to deliver sales department goal of the business unit.Reporting: Daily Sales Report, Monthly sales report, monthly sales scorecards.Building effective cross-functional interactions with One Demand and other functions involved in collaboration with Lulu.Building mutually beneficial relationships with Lulu. The qualitative implementation of the plan, built on the analysis of the trade attitude survey, aimed at increasing the level of satisfaction of the customer.As appropriate, drive the customer agenda, developing strong and influential relationships with key customers focused on delivering shopper, channel and category centric solutions which accelerate customer engagement and meet customer needs.Partners with Category Leadership and Customer Marketing to drive more compelling Retailer Value Propositions both offline and online.Collaborate with the Customer Service and Supply department to provide an efficient supply chain and a high-level service for Lulu.Engages with the wider Lulu community across MEA markets and beyond to share best practices and find synergies across the region.Business planning
Effective cooperation with the Demand department to ensure effective sales forecasting.Together with the Category and Customer Marketing team, actively participates in the development of promo activities for the channel for their maximum effectiveness.Effective financial & budget management to ensure positive effect on trade leverage index.Education & Professional Qualification
3+ years experience in sales function in TOP FMCG companies. Experience in Key Account or Retail could be an advantage.Key Functional competencies & Technical skills
