Roche Diagnostics Pakistan is looking for a Key Account Executive, internally titled as Senior Partner Business Excellence. Reporting to the Team Lead- Business Excellence, this position will see you gathering data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing to capitalize on selling opportunities and building relationships with the key thought leaders to influence the acceptance and use of company’s products.

This is a permanent and individual contributor position with an option to be based in Lahore covering the Central and North Pakistan, requiring 80% fieldwork.


Key responsibilities include:

Identify and capitalize on strategic business opportunities in Blood Banks 

Collaborate with cross-functional commercial teams to drive growth. 

Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at major customer accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and success. 

Drive customer development, awareness, and sales targets. 

Promote high medical value tests to clinicians/doctors through regular direct engagement and marketing activities to drive clinical adoption and increase demand of the tests in the assigned region.

Exceed sales target in your region while regularly monitoring sales performance.

Able to make presentations and deliver it to the target customers

Be the key contact for all matters that affects the customer in your region.

Leverage the market data to create new opportunities and execute with precision and timeliness.

Ability to work in and contribute to a team environment with a focus on team success

Embrace the commercial culture and opportunity management practices at Roche, contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Who You Are:

To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

Medical graduate and Master in Business Administration (Preferred) with 3-5 years of experience in In-vitro Diagnostics industry.

A mindset that can deliver change through confident adoption and demonstration of new ways of working with deep analysis of commercial data to understand one's market and territory.

Availability to travel to proactively support your team in the field as required.

The ability to think and plan strategically.

Ideally be able to work in a fast pace, ever changing environment.

High computer literacy in MS Office and technical ability.

Strong verbal and written English language and presentation/facilitation skills.
