Role Overview

We are seeking a Key Account Executive to manage our strategic relationship with Carrefour, one of our key Modern Off Trade (MOT) customers. This role is responsible for executing national customer strategies, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring the excellence of in-store execution in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Customer Management:
Lead the nationwide sales and customer management activities for Carrefour — including volume, revenue, market share, and trade investments — in alignment with company targets.Strategic Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Carrefour’s purchasing teams through regular visits and ongoing collaboration.Field Execution & Monitoring:
Ensure the effective implementation of centrally planned activities in stores by conducting field visits, identifying opportunities and risks, and proposing improvement actions.Team Coordination:
Work with Sales Supervisors to organize and optimize the store visit schedules of field execution teams.Financial Oversight:
Monitor customer payment performance, initiate necessary actions when needed, and contribute to annual investment and expenditure budgeting.Business Planning & Analysis:
Support annual business development and sales plans, prepare and analyze reports (e.g., Nielsen, Scantrack), and provide input for strategic customer negotiations.Innovation & Recommendations:
Act as a key contact to provide market insights and recommend relevant innovations or product launches tailored to the customer’s needs.

Ideal Profile

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Experience:Minimum 5 years of total experience, with 2–3 years in Key Account Management or Sales in FMCG (experience with modern trade retailers preferred).Previous experience working with Carrefour or similar national retailers is a plus.Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication and relationship management abilitiesTeam-oriented with leadership potentialHigh attention to detail, proactive mindsetStrong organizational and coordination skillsTechnical Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Advanced command of EnglishClass B driving license
