Key Account Executive

We’ll support your learning and growth as you develop your career with us and work with people across our business to realise your fullest potential. **About the Role** This role is an important part of the Commercial team and has responsibility for supporting delivery of performance objectives within the agency channel which is a $70m NSV business with strong growth momentum and opportunity. The role reports to the Business Manager - Agency & has responsibility for delivering the agency NSV/ GP plan which includes:- + Total Diageo portfolio (Spirits , RTD) in the South Pacific with Tradewinds. + Total Diageo portfolio (Spirits , RTD) in Domestic Airline Travel This is a hybrid role which is predominately commercially focused with some category / shopper responsibilities. It is essential the role collaborates cross functionally with finance, shopper, marketing and innovation to gain support and unlock opportunities. This role supports the business manager, to gain category insight, and develop actions to unlock opportunities with our agency partners. **What are we looking for?** + Commercial awareness with experience in customer-facing roles + Experience of generating consumer/shopper, customer and market insights and applying that understanding to drive growth with customers + Strong analytical ability and experience in using relevant data, (Aztec preferred). + Able to create customer communications & commercial rationales + Ability to think both conceptually and practically – backed up with genuine desire to get results and make a difference with customers and innovate change at point of purchase + Great project management skills + Self-motivated, responsive and tenacious + Ability to influence cross functional teams **What are the benefits?** We are an organisation that creates products that are part of celebrations, and our culture reflects this.
