**Purpose of Role**
One of the key objectives include strengthening and deepening relationships with existing retailers and elevating our top retail partners to the next quality level. You will aim to act as consultants for our retailers, assisting with Sell In, Sell Out, assortment selection, and in-season management.
You will be responsible for our important accounts for the region.
With the focus on these few accounts you will drive quality and quantity within these account group and create a halo effect for the rest of the retailers in the region.
**Your Impact**
You will create and update strategic account plans, set sales goals, and prepare and hold strategic meetings to lead cross-functional alignment. With a strong analytical mindset, you will analyze sell-through data throughout the season and take responsibility for the profitability of our retailers.
Your sales and presentation efforts will involve preparing and conducting sales presentations of products at Trade Fairs, virtually, and in one-on-one sell-in meetings. You are committed to delivering the highest service level towards our accounts.
To enhance sales and personal professionalism, you will learn and apply new product knowledge. You will practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations and follow company policies and procedures at all times.
**Qualifications**
+ Educated to master’s degree level is preferred – or equivalent experience in the job.
+ Highly self-motivated and well organized.
+ Effective communication and persuasion skills.
+ Strong people orientation.
+ Analytical mind set and used to work with sales data and analysis.
**Workplace Location**
+ **Location:** Fully remote, working from home in Germany, this individual must reside within Germany territory
+ **Travel:** IE- 30-40% of the year
+ **Licenses/Certifications:**
+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
+ Fluent in German (C1 or C2)
+ Very good communications skills in English
