Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:Support the KAM in managing and engaging with the national accounts headquartered in West Region. This role would be responsible for all activities of account management with accounts such as Reliance, MRL and Dmart.
Support the KAM/MT lead in managing the regional engagement and turnover for other non-West account.
Manage the end to end operations for all accounts in other non-Mumbai geographies including distributors.
Manage a team of 3p supervisors and merchandisers for the west region including performance analysis.
Instore visibility execution as per monthly agreed plans with the various MT accounts.
Identify new accounts for onboarding within MT Stock management, sales plan compliance, billing coordination with relevant internal stakeholders for business continuity.
Data analysis for the region for review and 3p team performance evaluation.
