As the Brand Communication Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering communication strategies that empower healthcare professionals (HCPs) with the knowledge and tools they need to enhance patient care. Location: Ho Chi Minh city & South. Key Responsibilities: 1/ Product & Disease Knowledge: Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the company's product and related diseases to address HCP needs, ensuring they are equipped with the latest updates in treatment practices to better serve their patients. 2/ Marketing Communication & Speaker Development: Develop and implement internal speaker plans within your assigned territory to deliver product knowledge and key marketing messages effectively. Serve as a key internal speaker to communicate product knowledge and core messaging to target HCPs through marketing communication activities, such as Group Detailing, Product Symposiums, and Hospital Meetings. Lead, coach, and manage internal speakers to ensure impactful delivery and alignment with organizational strategies. 3/ Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Fieldforce, Marketing, Training, and Medical Affairs, to co-create tools like the HCP Engagement Book (CEB) to support engagement effectiveness. Ensure seamless implementation and alignment of field marketing communication plans to support Fieldforce teams in achieving their objectives. 4/ Field Marketing Execution: Ensure field teams possess the appropriate level of product and disease knowledge during visits while supporting the implementation of marketing communication plans. Monitor and ensure individuals are effectively executing marketing campaigns, using key messages and campaign materials appropriately. 5/ Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including the Code of Conduct. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; Master’s degree in any major (Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, or related fields) is a plus. Experience: Proven experience in healthcare marketing, field communications, or HCP engagement within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Strategic thinking and project management capabilities. Leadership and coaching abilities to manage and develop internal speakers. Collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills. Language: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is essential. *LI-GSK Why GSK?
