We have an exciting opportunity for Key Account Manager – Export to join the PepsiCo Bluebird team in Wiri. The purpose of this position is to develop and grow the Bluebird Export business in the Southern Hemisphere, with a focus on delivering sustainable and profitable channel and category growth in existing geographies and customers. Responsibilities Target Achievement: Ensure the delivery of NSV (Net Sales Value) and GM/VC (Gross Margin/Value Contribution) targets for assigned channels/accounts. Growth and Opportunity Development: Identify and capitalize on sustainable growth opportunities within existing channels, while also seeking new business for future expansion. Revenue Management: Oversee pricing strategies, forecasting, sales, and promotional plans to meet profit targets, including managing the trade spend budget. Key Account Relationships: Build and maintain profitable relationships with key accounts, ensuring account plans are executed to a high standard. Export and Safety Focus: Efficiently manage complex export orders with limited resources, while ensuring the health, safety and welfare of the team is promoted and improved. Qualifications You will have Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably within the FMCG or convenience environment, with exposure in managing Export Sales. Bachelor’s degree and has prior experience working with SAP, ensuring strong technical and analytical capabilities. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of FMCG and convenience channels, with proven ability to drive sales growth. Strong ability to analyze data and provide commercial recommendations that support business objectives and decisions. Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to effectively implement short-term actions and meet targets.
