Description and Requirements Responsitibilites Full responsibility for a defined public customer set.  Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for Lenovo products and services portfolio for the BPO industry and selected enterprise acquisition accounts.Development of existing customer relationships as well as winning new customers in particular through tender businessDevelop account relationships on all hierarchy levels at the prospects, including senior level engagements. Engage with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition plans, and resource planningDevelop strategies for profit and pricing proposals, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective rollout.Strong business acumen and ability to link customer needs and business issues to solutions.Set and manage expectations around solutions, internally and externallyWork at all levels within an organization to deliver a quarterly target Report on sales activity and update in Dynamics 365Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity to include close collaboration with internal Lenovo functions as well as with Business PartnersStrong communication and presentation skills to convince the customers of proposalsManage day to day challenges like providing tailor-made configurations for individual customer situations, dealing with the pricing function, monitoring of orders and supply, maintenance of customized portfolios as well as Customer Relationship Management and Forecasting

Position Requirements

A proven successful track record in IT salesAbility to manage multiple complex sales engagements The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners across all levels of the organizationMaintain in-depth knowledge of the scope of Lenovo’s products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscapeBroad existing business network (partner / end customer) which will be relevant for efficient ramp upUnderstanding of sales processes, techniques and tools and use them appropriately  Previous experience with Dynamics 365, combined with strong Microsoft application skills Can differentiate offerings and articulate the Lenovo value proposition against the competition, to ensure the best potential to win in sales opportunitiesSelf motivated with a strong drive for successThe ability to work to aggressive targets and deadlines
