Key Account Manager

**Key Areas of Accountability:**
Volume
+ Targets: Deliver monthly sales targets in transfer / offtake. Monitor progress and develop plans to address variance
+ Forecast: Participate in the trade sales demand forecast and achieve service level targets.
Budget Management
+ Responsible for the management of the Account’s Trade Promotion Funds
+ Creation of consumer-centric promotions in store and online
+ Ensuring within CTS requirement on cost and incremental sales
+ Reconciliation of deduction and creation of evaluation
Operational Excellence
+ Develop, execute and review of Customer Business Plans.
+ Merchandising.Responsible for the execution of Merchandising guidelines for the assigned accounts (display, POG, stock weights).Responsible for the management of Accounts’ Merchandising Funds.Category Management.
+ Drive Category Management Process with the assigned customers.
+ Inventory Management
**Knowledge & Experience:**
+ With a background on Sales Management
+ Highly motivated and target driven
+ Excellent Selling, Negotiation and Communication Skills
+ Basic P&L Understanding
+ Marketing, Customer, and Industry Insight
+ Data analysis
+ Relationship Building: Understand customer needs and developing plans for growth
+ Completing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
+ Relationship Management

**Minimum Qualification:**
