Duties

We offer you the opportunity to play a key role in the development and the growth of our business. Currently we have 2 open positions : one for the regions of  Vlaams-Brabant and Oost-Vlaanderen and another position for Wallonia region.

 

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Achieve agreed sales and margin budget Grow customer numbers and product penetration Build and maintain customer relationships through regular face to face contact Develop market in the region and industry, building on the global growth strategy Promote our value proposition to all customers as a platform for growth Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth objectives Report regularly on sales activities and opportunities and review progress against forecast and budget with Sales Manager Marketing campaigns Update and maintain Salesforce (CRM sales tool) Comply to all Company procedures and legislative requirements

We Are Looking For

You have minimum a bachelor degree preferably in Business You have minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position You have experience in B2B business (mandatory) Having experience in chemical market is a plus You have good knowledge in Dutch, French and English You can fit in an international working environment with a matrix-based organization You have excellent negotiation skills and are goal getter You have an entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit You are able to work under pressure and consistently meet business objectives You are an enthusiastic team player, determined, result-focused and self-motivated You have solid commercial understanding You are passionate about Sales
