Responsibilities:
Deliver consistent revenue and share growth at assigned accounts through distributor COGS and direct sales by emphasizing total cost of ownership and selling on valueThrough data, Identifies Capital Expenditures Projects, Successfully Influence of Specification, Tracking of Global OEM / Channel RFQ’s to expand market shareServe as the primary sales point-of-contact for assigned strategic accounts and distribution strategic account managers providing data driven solutions with a sense of urgencyMaintain a cadence of review and manage bi-lateral / tri-lateral agreements for end-users and distributorsSuccessfully navigates large volumes of internal/distributor requests on a daily basis while completing other competiting priortiesDevelop and maintain a Strategic Account Management Plan (SAMP) for each Account and utilitze CRM to coordinate AOP / ATO tactical actions and manage opportunities50% travel to work with customers and internal resources supporting programs pertaining to MCS growth initiatives.Identify upcoming capital projects and drive specification. Pursue competitive interchanges on existing installationsDevelops a Management Operating Process and QBR cadences with both the end-user accounts and distribution partnerThrough data analytics, prompt customer stakeholder groups to explore ideas and concerns while serving as the educated facilitator helping guide to a solution. Teach / Tailor / Take ControlMaximize new business and marketing opportunities via the execution of BU/Distributor strategies.Work effectively in a team selling environment - utilize Strategic Account Management Plan to communicate and drive assigned account’s strategy and tactics to local/field sales levelCreate market share expansion for distributors through use of E-Commerce toolsIdentify Regal Rexnord product gaps to promote New Product Development ideas and serve as industry expert, sales liaison and voice-of-customer with the Regal Rexnord product development teamsDrive specification for DiRXN / Perceptiv (digital productivity platform)Communicate, implement and monitor all account initiatives, analytics and programs to ensure alignment of Regal Rexnord sales, marketing, BU’s, Training and operations that Drive Collaboration & Teamwork to achieve objectives.Deep industry/application knowledgeDrive positive RRX messaging to societies/organizations supported by assigned account and determine level of support and involvement needed to drive collaborative relationship buildingStrong business acumen and executive communication / presentation skillsAnticipates global competitive conditions / activities, identifies key industry trends, economic environment, and creates strategies to address these challenges and drive improved market and wallet shareWorks with the Business Unit Leadership & Engineering Management to evaluate / execute strategies for Industry or brand promotion.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering7+ years Commercial / technical sales and/or Marketing experience preferredWillingness to travel an estimated 50%Compensation: $95,300-110,000 Annually
