PHC is a leading supplier of hydraulic cylinders for material handling, construction, agriculture, and transportation markets. If you join our team, your work will ensure customers across the world have high-quality products they can use to keep their businesses running.
As a Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to support and advise the existing customer base, as well as our customers' standard and special projects. Conducting price and contract negotiations with new and existing customers
Your tasks include:
Supporting and advising the existing customer base, as well as our customers' standard and special projects Conducting price and contract negotiations with new and existing customers Supporting customer projects from conception to series production Planning and responsibility for the fulfillment of sales KPI's in the assigned customer base Monitoring the market and competitive situation and implementing the resulting measures
To be successful in this role, you need
Completed studies in the technical field or comparable training Enjoy contact with customers and initial experience in a sales environment Good to very good SAP and MS Office skills Organizational skills, strong communication skills and social competence Business fluent in English
