Targets: Deliver monthly sales targets in transfer / offtake. Monitor progress and develop plans to address varianceForecast: Participate in the trade sales demand forecast and achieve service level targets.Budget Management
Responsible for the management of the Account’s Trade Promotion FundsCreation of consumer-centric promotions in store and onlineEnsuring within CTS requirement on cost and incremental salesReconciliation of deduction and creation of evaluationOperational Excellence
Develop, execute and review of Customer Business Plans.Merchandising.Responsible for the execution of Merchandising guidelines for the assigned accounts (display, POG, stock weights).
Responsible for the management of Accounts’ Merchandising Funds.
Category Management.
Drive Category Management Process with the assigned customers.Inventory Management
