Meaningful Work From Day One

This role is a sales role with responsibility for strategic relationships with Key Accounts in the ON-trade channel (Customer), that will ensure delivering on the annual and short-term (quarterly, monthly) sales and execution targets in all assigned  segments and formats of outlets. 


You will ensure the integration of BF portfolio and channel priorities into customer annual plans and deliver on business KPIs, such as sales volume, profitability, and physical availability KPI’s, using all available data on customer’s strategy and priorities as well as market insights.
 

What You Can Expect

Customer Management & Negotiations: 

Leads annual planning and implements customer management standards based on Company strategy, portfolio, channel priorities, and pay-for-performance approach, driving sustainable, profitable growth and high Customer engagement. 

Finds common ground between Company and Customer strategies, translating it into short and mid-term Customer Plans, while assuming leadership in local key ON-trade customer initiatives, ensuring brand focus, observing commercial policies, and addressing sales issues with distributors.

 Execution: 

Achieves sales volume/value targets, profitability, and distribution objectives within the assigned Customer pool while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and PiCoS.

Develops and executes trade programs with Trade Marketing, manages promo programs through teams and distributors, and coordinates brand visibility projects to maintain quality and efficiency.

Proactively resolves customer issues, shares best practices, communicates competitive intelligence, and ensures that agreements do not pose legal or financial risks to the organization.

Budgeting & Planning:

Reviews plans and budgets monthly, anticipates budgetary needs, and aligns with the line manager on adjustments to budgets and programs based on business priorities.

Leads and coordinates the preparation of annual customer business plans, participates in channel strategy development, and engages in sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting for the On-trade channel.

Provides input for ROI analysis of customer initiatives, communicates efficiencies and results, participates in decisions and implementation, and analyzes promotional activities to optimize overall investment.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: min 3+ years (FMCG branded products experience in Sales Management positions)

Knowledge of industry background would be an advantage

English knowledge - B2 and Fluent in Czech
