Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Meeting and exceeding set KPIs per sales quotas.Set up sell-out incentive plan with customers.Conducting market visits and analyzing data.Analyzing PSI (purchase, Sales and Inventory) dataOversee and be the main point of contact for the category managers.Oversee the issue of sales orders and provide status to partners.Communicate with partners on new products.Working closely with marketing dep. to create new promotions and events with the partnersProviding weekly reports of sales-related KPIs

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree3-10 years’ experience, including experience in a global company.High analytical skills- experience in analyzing complex dataCreativity and problem-solving skillsAbility to understand and manage complex processesAbility to work cooperatively in a team and as an individual.Self-learning abilityHigh PPT and Excel skills.English- High level.
