Position Summary
Samsung Electronics Baltics is one of the 16 Samsung Electronics Sales subsidiaries in Europe. It currently has 200 employees located across all 3 Baltic countries, with the central sales office situated in Riga, Latvia. We are small, but also very ambitious and multinational subsidiary. Samsung being one of the market leaders and innovators in IT & Mobile industry, is transforming the world of smartphones, tablets, smart accessories and devices. We are looking for a capable and knowledgeable team member to join our Mobile Experience division as Key account manager.Monthly salary 4500 EUR gross + quarterly bonuses (up to 9500 Eur gross).
Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for the business management and development of the targeted Key AccountsDevelop and maintain a solid and trusting relationship between major key account/s and companyDevelop a long-term trusting business by initiating and coordinating joint business plans across the sales and marketing activities, supply chain improvements and analyzing competitor activitiesEstablish and oversee internal account budgets with the company and external budgets with the accountConduct analysis and identify upcoming needs and opportunitiesEngage with management on a local level, and play a significant role to align both the Key Account and Samsung’s strategiesProvide all the necessary business reporting and insights to internal stakeholders to ensure the business development will be constantly monitoredSkills and Qualifications
Requirements:
Three years’ previous work experience in sales, key account management or relevant experience of a Mobile/IT/Telecoms company, preferable in international/big companyGeneral Account Management knowledge preferably with deep understanding of European Mobile/Technology retailPrior key account responsibility with strong analytical skills to identify trends and growth opportunitiesAbility to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutionswith good report writing skills (expert MS PowerPoint and Excel skills)Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyStrong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on account agreementsProven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals* Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location, at: https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/privacy.
