Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager in Climate Solutions to join our team for Middle East and North Africa region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

Identifying and building strong business relationships with O&Ms and end users, Good application knowledge on HVAC concepts, Managing and developing the sales pipeline, Generating and cultivating effective long-term relationships with customers through regular and meaningful contact, Developing and executing feasible sales plans plus building a comprehensive customer database, Developing, qualifying, following up, and closing sales opportunities, reporting all in the Sales
Pipeline, Providing input for the demand plan and rolling forecast, Conducting product presentations, technical advisory, etc., Increasing sales opportunities and use of Danfoss product offerings with existing customers,by up-selling and cross-selling. Supplying technical and product information, Monitoring markets and competitors, Participating in national and regional sales meetings along with trade shows as required. Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, At least 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the field of air conditioning, Solid experience in HVAC sales or related field, preferably in compressors and refrigeration
controls, Experience in CRM tools, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Ability to build a relationship quickly and effectively, Strong time management and prioritization skills, Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Fluent in English and Arabic, Works independently and requires minimum supervision, Is a team player and can collaborate effectively in a matrix organization.
