GENERAL SCOPE:
Manages an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. A Sales Service Professional’s sole focus is to maintain revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit. A Sales Service Professional may work on attaining new business where appropriate, but that is not their primary assignment or job responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Daily Management of the safety, quality, delivery, and inventory of applications at a large key customer near Lynchburg VASupport and perform standard work as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate weekly and monthly reports, maintain inventory, order materials, equipment uptimePerform data analysis on program performance.Assists with customer technical issues, brings any issues to the customers attention and work with area and district managers to put together a plan for corrective action.Build strong customer relationshipsPursue growth and swap opportunities to maximize customer value.Participate in technical training opportunities for advancement of skills and knowledge.Qualifications:
