Build and maintain close relationship with key customers and key decision markers at senior levelsDevelop comprehensive account plans to understand customers’ business plans and project plans to identify new business opportunitiesAchieve sales target and increase win rate by positive clients’ relationship, early engagement, solution selling, value proposition and strategic planProvide the strategic negotiation on bidding status to close the deals to deliver sales growth while maintaining high gross marginResponsible for implementing marketing strategies and promoting Schneider’s Data Centre solutions includes UPS, CRAH, InRow, Rack & rPDU, DCIM, with software intelligence as well, etc.Leading, driving and collaborating internal resources to provide commercial and technical solutions to serve customer needsCollaborate with product sales team and solution team on request for tender, RFQ and pricingStrong market intelligence with up-to-date market information, insider news, new technology and solutionWilling to learn is a “Must” requirement and adopt the communication skill in business mode with target customer
