Our Pharmaceuticals Diagnostics (PDx) business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams enabling better visualization and diagnosis. In addition to our current portfolio, we have a pipeline of diagnostic pharmaceuticals in development with several ongoing pre-clinical and clinical programs. PDx imaging agents are used in more than 100-million procedures globally every year resulting in our agents being employed in three patients every second.

As Key Account Manager in our Northstar Territory, you will be in a customer facing sales role owning and driving winning sales opportunities for best-in-class products/solutions/services.  You will partner cross-functionally with the GE HealthCare account community to provide comprehensive solutions within the PDx Contrast Media division.

Job Description | Essential Responsibilities

Sales within the Northstar Territory responsible for delivering meaningful impact into the healthcare space via utilization of our CT, X-ray, MRI, and cardiac ultrasound contrast imaging agentsCreate business plans for territory including, not limited to opportunity development and competitive strategiesContinuously develop and foster relationships with key clinical and economic decisionmakersIn-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work and understand how this work integrates with internal support teams ultimately driving meaningful change/impact into customer departments for each patientForecast orders/sales within applicable sales funnel tools and reports for products/solutions/services and accountable to achieve orders attaining sales operating planDifferentiate assigned product offering during various stages of sales process, effectively using PDx resources/approved product marketing/product promotion materials to actively support the customer through their decision-making processPartner territory efforts with CM Clinical counterparts to provide portfolio growth and retention

Qualifications | Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and/or High School Diploma with at least 5-years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare, life sciences, or technical field (e.g., biomedical engineering, medical physics) or at least 5-years of clinical experience in the Radiology or Cardiology space.Ability to synthesize complex issues/data and communicate in simple messagingAbility to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organizationDemonstrated success in growing, developing, and managing large health systemsHistory of strong virtual and in-person presentation skillsHistory of excellent negotiation and closing skillsMust hold a valid motor vehicle driver’s license and be willing to travel overnight within assigned territory and occasionally outside of assigned territoryStrong capacity and drive to develop career
