We are seeking an experienced and proactive Key Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships from inception to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

 
Your Tasks

 

Take commercial ownership of client relationships, overseeing P&L and ensuring pricing and profitability align with financial targetsProvide oversight of service delivery and operations, monitoring SLA adherence, KPI variance, and client satisfaction surveysLead and manage a team of service delivery representatives, motivating and developing their skill sets and assisting with escalationsPrepare and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, chairing client meetings as neededCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support project management for new business introductions or client projectsDrive account evolution and growth through strategic planning and identifying opportunities for additional solutionsProactively identify and address risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and contingencies as neededManage and resolve account escalations in a timely mannerLead and develop a high-performing team dedicated to client success 
Your Profile

 

Proven track record in customer account management, with a focus on resolving complaints and improving solutionsDemonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of developing and motivating teamsExperience of service delivery on an international basis is preferred but not essential.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenAnalytical skills to assess the clients needs and market trends. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building and maintaining relationships Good knowledge of project management and problem-solving
