Position Summary

We are looking for a new Key Account Manager to join our Mobile eXperience (MX) Sales Team!

Role and Responsibilities

Analyzing account profiles and potentialsAnalyzing sales performance based on defined KPIs for each customer and setting up improvementsStrategic planning and adapting conditions of sales accordinglyMaking timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimized product availabilityPlanning sales and promotion activitiesIncreasing sales of Samsung Electronics products and achieving agreed targetsActive involvement in annual budgeting processNegotiating annual contracts per account with the aim to optimize long-term value creationSetting out targets together with the customers for each store and evaluating resultsProviding feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and activities of competitorsCoordination of all advertising and promotion activities within the accounts/regionImproving display share and ensuring adequate presence of products at the point of saleOther tasks per direct managers request

Skills and Qualifications

University degreeMinimum 3 years of job experience in the area of sales/account management in relevant industryGood knowledge of the market and good business senseGood product knowledgeDriver's license B categoryUpper-intermediate command of EnglishAdvanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent organization, co-ordination, and time-management skillsHigh customer orientation with strong communication skillsAnalytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitudeStriving for further improvement and continuous innovation
