Key Account Manager

Job Description

To lead business growth in SCG accounts. Support the day-to-day operation of the account by intensive communication with Area Manager and other stake holders at Solenis Team such SC, OTC, Production, Application, Finance, Legal, Pricing Team and others in local/regional/global Team.Help the team to establish a high technical service level for customer with value added selling as the basic approach.Ensure the preparation and submission of monthly report to customer. Do yearly business review with customer.Present all added value and create Value Advantage for Solenis. Technically lead the trouble shooting program to show Solenis high standard service level.Build a good relationship with customer especially with user, technical team, and managerial level.Be a good leader and have teamwork attitude in the team.

Job Requirement

Having working experience in the related field, with minimum 5 years in Sales Department and having experience in Paper/Tissue/Pulp Industries.Excellent verbal and written communication in EnglishStrong presentation skillsProactively identifies and anticipates customer requirements, expectations, and needsDemonstrates a strong desire to help customers make their business successfulUnderstands the customers business and helps them deliver on their goals and objectivesStrong interpersonal skill, teamwork, problem solving, initiative and leadership skills
