Your New Role…

As a Key Account Manager within Warner Bros. Discovery’s Ad Sales Department, you will play a key role in selling ad sales solutions to your named portfolio. This includes ad sales for linear television (TV5, Kutonen, Frii, TLC, Eurosport & Discovery Channel) and streaming (Max). You will be responsible for managing and expanding a significant client portfolio while proactively identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities.

The main measurement of your success is your own annual sales budget that’s divided into monthly targets. The job description places high demands on activity and you spend the majority of your time meeting and communicating with customers and media agencies. You work responsibly and independently with great personal integrity towards your own budget and other set KPIs. Although you are given independence and responsibility, you are supported by an experienced team with a positive spirit. Your ability to understand your clients business challenges, combined with your advisory skills, will be crucial in delivering value-driven solutions in this constantly changing industry.

As always in sales, meetings with clients and people internally are a big part of the job meaning that you will be required to spend the majority of your week in the office.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Being in charge of a named client portfolio ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Succeeding in strategic and proactive sales. Negotiating annual and adhoc deals.Making and executing short and long-term plans for your media agencies and advertisers. Utilise data & insights to build and execute strategies for the customer.Deliver accurate forecasting and planning to ensure inventory availability.Building, developing and maintaining relationships with different stakeholders in your portfolio.Developing and maintaining a positive team spirit while sharing your ideas and expertise internally.

Qualifications & Experience…

Prior experience in account management and sales.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across various organisational levels.Negotiating skills and a drive to develop your portfolio as well as your career path with a keen desire to advance.Being a team player that enjoys working with different people and who knows that reaching goals, whether individual or team, requires teamwork.Ability to present yourself and WBD in a convincing way whether it’s internally or externally to advertisers/media agencies.Finnish and English language skills, both orally and in writing, are at a level where you can communicate with your colleagues and clients.
