If you’re passionate about sales and have a deep understanding of the CPG industry, we’d love to hear from you! **In this role, you will:** + Attains volume targets in assigned business unit including new initiatives and building blocks as submitted to S&OP + Owns AMPS objectives execution with each of its customers in order to attain and meet Team AMPS objectives + Lead annual Business Planning process for assigned customer + Invest and negotiate company resources and leads trade funding for assigned customer with the best ROI while aligning with company trade spending policy + Ensure accounts payments are received on a timely basis + Maintains DSO’s aligned to the credit collection plans by account LI#HYBRID **What we look for:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, MBA is desirable or equivalent working experience + 3–5 years of experience in customer sales or the consumer products industry + Proven experience (3+ years) in customer sales with retailers or equivalent roles + Business management experience is a plus + Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills + Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills + Demonstrated leadership and influence capabilities, with strong analytical skills to leverage data and market insights for persuasive and fact-based decision-making + Ability to mobilize and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive results + Effective planning and organizational skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office **Workplace type:** Hybrid **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
