Job Summary
The Role partners with the Commercial, Content, Software and Product teams. The strategy for this role is to enhance Wolters Kluwer’s solutions and brand loyalty within the C&M sector.
You will have proven experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders in creating customer-driven results. In addition, this candidate is experienced in deploying customer engagement plans designed for new market entry, current market maintenance and seeking greenfield opportunities in sales and emerging product/content innovation.
This is a goal-oriented and results driven role, and the person enjoys quality performance and successes through alignment with commercial objective, and sales and content targets
Responsibilities
Support Process improvement for the renewal and growth of strategic client
Map key client engagementIdentify strategic account growth opportunities and risksImprove processes and speed from client engagement to closeClient engagement and solutions provision:
Engage with clients in a professional and consultative manner, actively listening to their needs and challenges.Utilise a deep understanding of our products and services to provide tailored solutions that address client pain points and drive value.Contract negotiation and contract management:
Nurture negotiations with clients, ensuring that contracts and agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.Operational issue resolution:
Proactively identify and address operational issues and challenges to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and prevent recurrence of issues.Account growth
Support strategic accounts sales and retention team in growing existing accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling additional products or services.Develop and execute strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction.Use available data to provide an upsell gap analysis per clientUse of client and industry data to create value proposition presentations to clients for growth opportunitiesCollaboration and target achievement:
Collaborate with the strategic sales team to achieve renewal and sales targets, leveraging collective expertise and resources.Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute insights to enhance sales strategies and tactics.Support the efforts of the sales team to meet sales and renewal goalsProduct knowledge and industry trends:
Maintain a requisite level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new features, enhancements, and industry trends.Act as an SME on WK products, service delivery and commercial requirements in support of account managers and in direct client dealings.In addition and based on an ongoing dialogue with clients, the SAA will impart knowledge internally to commercial, finance and marketing teams in our ongoing efforts to improve products and servicesAbout You
Background knowledge of our products and services is required, with demonstrated experience in a similar role.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, fostering a culture of mutual support and success.Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI preferred, with the ability to navigate and utilise these tools to drive strategic account outcomesWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.Passion for client success and dedication to achieving results, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Our Values
