Key Account Manager

What you do

Working within our Sales team your main mission as Key Account Manager will be to support our lines of business growth in delivering the most compelling protection products and services through a best in class customer experience and the most sophisticated marketing optimization capabilities. You will manage Strategic Accounts, develop sales opportunities, act as the client’s primary liaison, interact with global and local internal stakeholders from different departments, negotiate contract renewals and ensure their financial growth.  In this position yo will report to the Head of Sales.

 

 

Responsibilities

Bulid and maintain a close, strong and long-lasting client relationship. Identify new business opportunities within existing accouts. Execute sales activities, including sales planning, business reviews, reports and results. Manage negociation, tenders and renewals of contracts. Drive results and monitor profitability of the partnerships. Liaise with internal teams (e.g IT, digital, marketing, legal, underwriting etc.) to manage and deliver clients requirements and coordinate fross markets tenders. Establish and enhance knowledge on products, developments and trends of the dynamic travel industry, compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure AZP become the provider of choice. Support deal implementation & client onboarding.

 

What you bring

University Degree (4/5) and proven expierence as an Account Manager or similar role in Insurance Business (5+ years) Excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills. Excellent project management skills and experience in complex multi-stakeholder settings. Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, presentation, negogiation and analytical skills. Result-oriented & critical thinker to anticipate and find solutions. Dedication to highest quality standards and willingness to speak up and challenge. Fluent in Spanish & English (written and spoken) other languages is a plus.
