Key Account Manager
As **Key Account Manager** you will develop and optimize the sales to a defined number of accounts and represent Philips towards the account. You should have an in-depth understanding of the customer strategy in the country and define an account strategy that drives profitable high growth opportunities for Philips as well as operationally managing the execution. will be part ofPhilips Electronics - Philips Israel Commercial Unit. **Your role:** + Achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices and profit margin at a specified number of customers. + Coordinating all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives and where necessary involves local sales force and marketing support, such as Category Management, Trade marketing, MarCom and/or Application Specialists. + Ensures continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operates at the highest level in the accounts’ organizations, but also facilitates the executive level interfaces between the company and the accounts if necessary. + Preparing the annual account plan in line with the national account plan strategy and implements the sales strategy. + Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies. + Initiating and negotiating tailor made actions, discusses with customers or about sales actions. + Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends for optimal strategic and operational planning or optimal product portfolio. **You're the right fit if you have:** + Relevant academic degree. + Knowledge in the areas: Downstream Marketing (Execution oriented), Sales and SCM/Purchasing. + 5+ years of experience in account management role. + Experience with sales of medical multidisciplinary product. + Experience from multinational company. + Expertise in building and executing a local account strategy. + Good English skills. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
