Our Company
We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to be placed in Brussels, Belgium on a 1-year contract, with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities As a Key Account Manager DSO, you will support the KAM’s DSOs in their daily tasks and project work. Your main tasks are: Grid development and technical analyses: You will support the Key Account Manager in the follow-up of the network development projects, contact customers and check whether the technical requirements are in line with contractual agreements. Digitizing existing processes You take the lead in transforming existing processes into a digital, customer-friendly environment. You are the link between the business and IT teams. Management of questions/complaints You support the Key Account Manager and take the necessary actions to be able to offer the customer the fastest and appropriate answer possible (advice, information, action...). Customer data management: You ensure that customer files are complete and correct, you register the information in the correct systems and forward the information to the relevant services.
Skills / Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as an industrial, civil or commercial engineer in the energy sector. Customer-oriented (correctly capturing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders and translating them into a simple solution) Fluent in Dutch and French, English is a plus; Independent and already experienced in the energy sector.
