Key Account Manager

Our client is a leading company in the automotive industry, specializing in high-quality vehicle components and mobility solutions. With a strong international presence, they are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive commercial operations, expand market presence, and develop key strategic accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage and develop key accounts by building long-term relationships with clients.

Identify new business opportunities and increase revenue within existing accounts.

Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with key partners.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt business strategies accordingly.

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to optimize client satisfaction.

Monitor account performance through data analysis and implement improvement strategies.

Participate in trade shows and industry events to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and proactive support.

Develop and execute account-specific sales plans aligned with overall business objectives.

Profile Sought:

Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the automotive industry or a related sector.

Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding key accounts.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic account plans.

High adaptability and responsiveness to market changes.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
