WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Value Channel Customer Business Development team in Helsinki for a fixed-term position until 31.8.2026
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the commercial strategy and business plan together with your customers. You will have a lead role in the relationship with your customers – in selling and influencing, negotiations and long-term collaboration. Your goal is to deliver positive category development as well as drive Unilever competitiveness resulting in turnover growth, market share gain and improved profitability of your accounts.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Overall responsibility for your customer growth delivery, including yearly negotiations regarding optimal mix on pricing, assortment, promotional program, and perfect store execution.
Develop and execute a commercial strategy and customer business plan.
Work in close collaboration with your customer team as well as category team of Category Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, Finance and Supply Chain.
Develop an optimal integrated promo plan and manage promo investments.
Negotiating trade terms & investments and managing the customer P&L.
You give insights and input to the forecasting process.
Actively strengthen the relationship between Unilever and the customer, building customer collaborations of the future.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
In short:
You thrive on selling and influencing, customer collaboration and negotiation.
You have some experience of successful key account management/customer relationship management, category management or brand building.
Experience from Key Account Management within the FMCG market is seen as a plus.
You are fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
