As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for KA and BD in mid-tier auto and industrial coating market, and you will be on a business trip in Shanghai and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

Accountable for the development, maintenance, and fostering of deep relationships with strategic KA in the mid-tier auto collision coating market, including key distributors, O2O group users, and major clients within new channel groups.

Responsible for maintaining and developing business relationships with KA in the industrial coating sector, including theme parks and the automotive parts industry负责工业漆大客户的业务维护和开发，如主题乐园和汽车零部件行业的大客户。）Promote the achievement of annual sales and profit targets.

Coordinate internal resources, including product, technology and service teams, to promote cross-departmental collaboration and support the growth of key customer businesses.

Insight the auto collision industrial coating markets, providing a basis for designated market strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Chemical and Marketing.

More than 10 years of frontline sales experience, over 5 years of experience in KA sales or BD, preferred sales experience in the auto collision or industrial coating industry.10年以上一线销售经验，5年以上大客户销售或BD经验，有汽车漆或工业漆行业销售经验者优先。）Having strategic thinking and customer insight, proficient in using management tools such as Project Management and CRM.
