Position Summary
We are seeking for a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our product’s market coverage by developing and executing a comprehensive product line-up operation plan. You will responsible for driving sales growth while minimizing loss, by managing product lifecycle and developing pricing strategy to meet the target sales for the productRole and Responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
[Sales target management by account] Prepare to set the optimal sales target that will drive continued growth of the business unit and accounts (partners) and encourage employee morale.[Sales strategy setting by account] Plan the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned accounts, commercial district, and products.[Sales execution] Carry out sales in ways that focuses on achieving the target based on cooperation with accounts.[Account monitoring and risk management] Participate in the building of trust with accounts and creation of a foundation for continued revenue growth.Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in the consumer goods/consumer electronics/FMCG industryDemonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share in the assigned territoryExperience in managing and negotiating with key accounts and dealersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and negotiate with key decision-makersAbility to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and tacticsStrong business acumen, including financial analysis, forecasting, and budgetingAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM softwareWilling to work on site at McKinley Hill, TaguigIf you are ready to embark on a career journey that is challenging and rewarding, apply now to join us at Samsung.
