Key Account Manager (Amazon Emerging Markets) - 12 Month Contract

Digital Commerce has been identified as a priority channel for growth and outperformance for Mars Wrigley in the Europe & Central Eurasia region.

Amazon will be a critical partner to deliver our stretching ambition and deliver against our Regional DCom strategy as well as our D-Com targets in the Southern Europe cluster.

This role exists to own the Amazon Spain (ES) and Italy (IT) relationships, deliver financial targets on net sales, profitability and share and execute our plans with excellence.

The role is available as a maternity cover from May 2025 up to April 2026.

What are we looking for?

Create a sustainable and stable P&L in Amazon through great account management basics, skilful JBP agreements and growth driving future focused innovation, targeting a 3 year CAGR of 30%+ NSV growth for our total Amazon growth and ES and IT driving accelerated growth above this level.

Manage a complex and dynamic stakeholder network to co-ordinate inputs and responsibilities across internal Local and Regional stakeholders as well as external Customer and Agency stakeholders to deliver all financial and execution KPIs

Play a leading role in both the Regional Amazon team and within the Southern Europe Sales team

What will be your key responsibilities?

Ownership of the customer relationship for Amazon ES and IT and responsibility for overall customer engagement

Full ownership of the Amazon ES & IT P&L leading our JBP negotiations and agreements as well as any SPI changes

Full ownership of Amazon ES & IT activation plans, promotional calendar and product listings

Full ownership of Amazon ES & IT volume plan with responsibility for delivering inputs Into the S&OP cycle and for delivering on KPIs such as CSL and NQC.

Drive best in class standards of execution on Amazon through Perfect Digital Store - Focusing on Availability, Share of Search and Content.

Partner with local market stakeholders In ES and IT to Integrate Into local Sales processes

Build compelling selling stories and deploy Category Vision with Amazon

Co-create the plan for opening new Amazon Marketplaces beyond our existing relationships
