As a Key Account Manager Associate, you will is responsible for managing an assigned account or group of accounts, with the primary goal of creating value for the customers through the technical services provided.
What you’ll do:
Review treatment programs and processes with accounts ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retention.Manage an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide.Maintain and build existing and new business/customer relationships.What you’ll bring:
1-3 years industry experience (pulp & paper or water treatment preferred) Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems.Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them.Ability to work with autonomy and with a team.Must be able to pass company physical and pre-employment drug/background testing.Expected travel to be 30-50% and will depend on the size of the assigned territory/customer base.Perks!
